By accessing or using the MCP Defense website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MCP Defense provides security consulting, threat assessment, and hardening services for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM toolchains. All engagements are governed by a separate service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, reports, and deliverables produced by MCP Defense are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
MCP Defense's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Disclaimer
Security assessments identify risks at a point in time. MCP Defense does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered or that systems will be free from security issues following an engagement.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
